Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Referral Buddy (the "App"), a mobile application managed and operated by ATY Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Referral Buddy. By using the App you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App to harass, defame, or impersonate others.
- Do not upload contact information without the appropriate permission to do so.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure.
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal
- Premium subscriptions are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing is shown in the App at the time of purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
- Any free trial period will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled at least 24 hours beforehand.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the partner, referral, and activity data you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate the App for you. You can edit or delete your data at any time, and deleting your account permanently removes your data from our systems.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, brand, source code, and content provided by us, is owned by ATY Digital and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATY Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm us or other users. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
